DirectorBefore joining CILS, Chris worked for Philips Petroleum Europe-Africa in London and an English law firm in Birmingham. After a two-year sabbatical from law (teaching English in Spain), he joined the International Law Institute at Salzburg Univeristy, from which he moved full-time to CILS in 1997.
Chris is responsible for planning and management of CILS programmes, including legal research, law conferences and legal education for law students, postgraduates and professionals. He has taught JD and LLM courses at Boston University, Suffolk University and the University of Salzburg, and authored and edited publications on EU law, business law, and international law. Manuela Wedam

Before joining CILS in 1997, Manuela had worked as Assistant to the Director of the Techno-Z, a well-regarded techology research campus in Austria.
At CILS, Manuela runs the professional conferences, administers the LLM and Visiting Professor Programs, the FDI Moot and the International Buisness Law Consortium's professional programs.
