Budapest, Hungary: 12 - 25 March 2017

Tuition - US $3,600 for 6 credits.

Warsaw, Poland: 26 March - 8 April 2017

Tuition - US $3,600 for 6 credits.

Budapest, Hungary 18 June - 1 July 2017

Tuition - US $5,400 for 9 credits. Limited availability. The normal Boston University tuition for this session is approximately US $18,000. The Center for International Legal Studies will provide tuition subsidies to those who attend the June session in Budapest to assure that Budapest tuition does not exceed that paid in sessions conducted by Lazarski University. Not more than three such subsidies will be awarded, and selection of recipients will be based on merit and scholarship

Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments

Tuition - US $600 per credit; 3 credit course. Distance Learning component; the course may be commenced at any time in the academic year and entails eight weeks of assignments (lectures, documents. videos, and audios). Open to all students admitted to and registered for the LL.M. Program.

Transfer of Credits

6 to 12 credits may be transferred from a relevant LL.M. degree program (such as in Business, Banking, Finance, Intellectual Property, International Trade, and Tax). Up to 6 credits may be transferred from degree programs not directly relevant to the LL.M. in Transnational Commercial Practice (such as in American Law, Comparative Law, International Law, and Environmental Law). The transfer fee is US $100 per credit.

Payments Note

Payments by credit card will be assessed a 4% convenience fee to cover costs imposed by the credit card companies. Payments by bank transfer are net, with bank costs to the payor.

Veterans Benefits

The LL.M. in Transnational Commercial Practice has been approved by the US Department of Veterans' Affairs, and participants may qualify for benefits.
